I completed a Diploma in UX Design at the UX Design Institute, gaining a strong foundation in user-centred, research-driven design. The programme provided hands-on experience across the full UX lifecycle, from user research and insight synthesis to ideation, prototyping, and usability testing. Through practical projects, I strengthened my ability to translate user needs into clear, validated design solutions and communicate design decisions effectively within product teams.
