NHS Copilot Evaluation Programme

I supported the embedding of Microsoft Copilot into the daily workflows of 10,000 NHS staff, contributing to one of the UK's largest AI pilots in health and public services. I led pilot readiness by creating and delivering 45+ onboarding resources, hosted through a dedicated SharePoint site, and worked closely with the client to design and run user engagement processes throughout pilot delivery. During the evaluation phase, I owned the full user research lifecycle, collecting and analysing 400+ real‑world use cases, identifying high‑value scenarios for deep‑dive interviews, and feeding user insight back into programme improvements to support scalability.
