I designed and communicated user experiences across the full design lifecycle, leading work from discovery through to live delivery. Working closely with cross‑functional teams, I mapped AS‑IS user flows, synthesised research insights, and identified behavioural, business, policy and technical constraints. I translated problem statements into evidence‑based user requirements and interaction decisions, designing and iterating TO‑BE flows through wireframes, high‑fidelity designs, and HTML prototypes using the HMRC Prototyping Toolkit and GOV.UK Design System. Designs were continuously refined through usability testing, stakeholder feedback and design critique, ensuring accessibility and inclusive design throughout.
