Overview
Case Study ↗NHS.net Connect is a national mobile and desktop platform redesigned to improve communication and task management across NHS organisations, supporting an existing user base of 1.8 million staff. I owned the user‑centred design end‑to‑end, working closely with researchers, engineers and senior stakeholders to align complex service needs at scale. I translated research into clear user needs and prioritised system requirements, designing scalable flows and information architecture that simplified navigation and reduced friction. High‑fidelity interfaces were delivered across mobile and desktop, meeting NHS, GDS and WCAG 2.2 AA standards.
